Bonjour à tous,
Laissez-nous vous raconter notre belle histoire... Tout d'abord, on doit vous dire que nous venons du Québec. Au printemps 2009, mon mari s'est fait offrir un poste dans l'Ouest, par la compagnie pour laquelle il travaille depuis 24 ans, un poste de directeur d'usine, ici dans la belle région de Vancouver. Après consultation auprès de l'épouse et des 4 enfants, nous avons décidé de faire le grand saut!
Le transfert était pour une durée indéfinie, alors on a voulu ACHETER une maison plutôt que d'en louer une. La recherche de maisons s'est donc entreprise de façon très intense par internet. Tout en cherchant des maisons sur un site où toutes les agences s'annoncent, on regardait bien sûr les noms des agents qui s'y rattachaient. Une petite chose nous "inquiétait" un peu: on devrait faire affaire en anglais... Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise quand nous avons remarqué "Mona Lamarche" comme nom d'agent!!! Tout de suite on s'est dit: "Ça sonne francophone ce nom-là?" Alors on a "risqué" d'appeler. C'est le plus beau "risque" que nous avons pris de notre vie pour l'achat d'une maison...
C'était le début d'une belle et grande histoire, non seulement de transaction de maison, mais de la RENCONTRE d'une personne exceptionnelle. Dès notre premier contact, j'avais l'impression qu'on se connaissait depuis longtemps...
Mona est évidemment une agente immobilière dans ce qu'il y a des plus compétentes, mais elle est aussi généreuse, disponible, patiente, attentionnée, travaillante, sympathique, accueillante, fonceuse, enthousiaste, passionnée, bref, c'est la meilleure! Et en plus, elle parle FRANÇAIS!!! Ça a été merveilleux pour nous. Toutes nos affaires se sont faites en français avec elle.
Elle nous a aidé pour la banque, les assurances, l'avocat (au Qc se sont des notaires, mais ici c'est un avocat), l'inspecteur en bâtiments, une femme de ménage, quelqu'un qui est venu nettoyer nos tuyaus d'aération, l'achat des stores et rideaux et j'en passe! Elle nous a même généreusement conseillé de très bonnes écoles pour nos enfants, selon le secteur où on s'en allait... Albion à Maple Ridge.
On a fini par s'acheter une maison neuve (encore en construction) à Maple Ridge, alors pendant qu'on était encore au Québec, Mona a été comme nos yeux à distance. Elle a veillé à tout avant qu'on arrive, c'est incroyable et fantastique.
Avant qu'on fasse notre choix définitif, je suis venue à 2 reprises faire des visites avec elle. Mon fils de 13 ans m'a accompagné une de ces 2 fois. Tout de suite Vincent l'a aimée. Elle était drôle avec lui, lui a montré des beaux coins de Maple Ridge, (écoles, aréna, parcs,...), vraiment très aidante encore une fois!
Tout le long des procédures, on a simplement eu l'impression qu'on était ses seuls clients. On dirait qu'elle s'occupait juste de nous.
Tout ça pour dire que Mona est unique. Je la recommande à tous les gens qui voudront vivre une belle expérience. Elle a rendu la nôtre simple et très agréable. On n'a pas juste eu une maison avec elle... on a gagné une personne extraordinaire dans notre vie. Même si c'est tout récent, elle est maintenant une AMIE pour nous.

We wanted to write a letter expressing just how wonderful our experience with Mona was. My parents had used Mona as their realtor when trying to purchase their home in Maple Ridge. I often would go with them, looking at different properties. I was so impressed with her knowledge of Maple Ridge as a community, and her knowledge of homes, their construction, etc. "Wow", I thought, "I am sure going to list with Mona when we decide to sell our home..."

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation to Mona Lamarche at Royal LePage, and it gives me great pleasure to offer the following testimonial.
I was extremely pleased with the service and level of professionalism that Mona provided throughout our entire house sale. I had taken a new job in Alberta and my spouse had been left the responsibility of putting our home on the market in Maple Ridge, BC.
Here I was in a different province, as well as the fact that my partner had also suffered a recent heart attack, and I was concerned about his stress level in dealing with the sale of our home.
Mona not only sold our home in a matter of days, but she provided both of us with constant updates and feedback from her clients. She took the time to visit my partner and make suggestions on what he could do to make our home more attractive; she provided very solid personal advice and suggestions that made the sale of our home completely stress free. Then to top things off, she told us not to worry about doing the final cleaning on our home, but as her gift to us, she would hire professional cleaners to come in and clean after we moved out.
